1) What are our hours?

2) What's your turn around time?

For most products, it's 3 to 5 business days. We have 24 rush orders available on business cards and postcards.

 

3) How can I make additional changes to a template/form apart from the standard personalization of adding a logo and business information?

Absolutely! Our templates offer customization beyond just the basics. Here are some common changes you can make:

• Alter Text: Change font styles, colors, sizes, and adjust the layout of text blocks.

• Visuals: Add new image placeholders, change background colors, or rearrange design elements.

• Structure: In some cases, you can resize or reshape the template within limits.

• You can contact for a PDF proof before you place an order online

 

4) Can you reproduce an invoice I had printed somewhere else?

We can often help with this! Here's what you need to know:

• If you have the original digital file: We can likely reproduce it exactly. Please provide the file format (e.g., PDF, Word Doc) for review.

• If you only have a physical copy: Things get slightly trickier. We'd need a high-quality scan or photo. We can use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to recreate it.

 

5) Can my logo be printed in color on invoices/business forms?

Yes, we can definitely print your logo in color! However, please note that the prices listed online are for single-color printing. Here's what you need to know:

• Price Quotes: To get an accurate price for color logo printing, please request a quote before placing your order.

• Factors Affecting Cost: The cost of color printing will depend on a few things:

  • The number of colors in your logo

  • The complexity of the design

  • The quantity of forms you're ordering

6) Can I upload my own design/file?

Yes. You can upload your own design as long as it has the attributes of the product you are ordering, such as size, ink colors, parts/copies, paper stock, and consecutive numbering.

 

7) Can I combine a carbonless form and an envelope?

Yes, you can. Carbonless forms and envelopes are attached and used in situations where there is a need for remittance mailing, or storage of documents related to the custom form. Two examples would be Parking Violation Notices and Jewelry repair envelopes.

 

8) Can I Integrate a Punch-Out Card Application with a Pressure Seal Self-Mailer?

Yes. A pressure seal construction can include a Punch-Out Card. The application or use of this card includes Insurance Card, ID Card, Membership, Voter Registration, and Discount Clubs. These card applications can be roll-fed, laser, and inkjet compatible, with or without lamination, duplex, or simplex. Card thickness can be 28# or 90#.

 

9) Can you make individual invoices/forms into booklets?

Yes, we can bind individual forms into books or booklets. Here are your options:

• The first thing to keep in mind is that the quantity you see online is for number of individual sets not number of books. For example, a quantity 250 would make 5 books with 50 invoices/forms in each book.
• When placing your order, indicate in the Additional Information area that you would like the forms in books instead of individual sets.
• It does not cost more to make forms into booklets in many cases. You can give us call just to make sure before you place your order.

 

10) What are carbonless copies? Can I get my invoice/form printed on single sheets of paper without copies?

Absolutely! Let's explain the options:

• Carbonless Copies: Carbonless copy paper (NCR) uses special coatings on each sheet to create duplicates of your invoice/form without messy carbon paper. It's common to have 2-part (white and yellow) or 3-part (white, yellow, pink) options.

• Single Sheet Printing: Yes! If you only need single copies of your invoice/form, we can print them on regular paper. This can be a more cost-effective option if you don't require duplicates.

• Making Your Choice: Here's what to consider:

  • Do you need copies for yourself and your customer? If so, carbonless copies are convenient.

  • Are you mainly saving the invoices/forms digitally? Then single-sheet printing might be the way to go.

11) Can I change the paper color sequence on my carbonless forms?

Yes, in most cases you can customize the color sequence of your carbonless forms. Here's what you need to keep in mind:

• Standard Sequences: The most common color sequences are:

  • 2-Part: White/Yellow

  • 3-Part: White/Yellow/Pink

  • 4-Part: White/Yellow/Pink/Gold

  • 5-Part: White/Yellow/Pink/Gold/Green

• Customization Options: We are able to select different color combinations, though this may affect cost and availability.

• Specific Needs: Let us know your ideal color sequence, and we'll let you know what's possible. For example, some businesses might want their top copy to be a unique color for easy identification.

Important Note: When changing the color sequence, make sure it stays clear which copy is for whom (e.g., Customer Copy, Office Copy).

12) How do I ensure the last copy is manila card stock?

We have a couple of options to make sure your forms have a durable manila card stock last copy:

• Pre-printed Forms: If some of our forms are already pre-printed with a manila card stock last copy, that's great! These cannot be customized further.

• Custom Forms: We can definitely create custom forms where the last copy is made from manila card stock. Here are your options:

  • Printing on the Last Copy (Front Only): You can choose to have printing on the front side of the manila card stock last copy.

  • Printing on the Last Copy (Front and Back): If you need printing on both sides of the last copy, we can accommodate that as well.

13) What's the additional cost to print on the back of carbonless forms/invoices?

The cost to print on the back of your carbonless forms/invoices is $48 per 1000 forms using black ink.

• Pricing for Color: If you'd like color printing on the back, the cost may vary. Contact us for a quote.

• Design Considerations: Printing on the back gives you valuable space for additional information! Consider including:

  • Terms and conditions

  • Expanded product/service descriptions
