Integrated Label Forms with Affixed Label
We customized and make business forms integrated with an affixed label(s). The label is affixed to the form with a clean release liner so that it can be easily removed without damaging or altering its integrity. The integrated label sheet and forms can be a single sheet or carbonless format with multiple parts/copies. The label can be removed and used for multiple purposes including shipping, mailing, products, marketing, identification, tags, etc.
