Custom Integrated Affixed Card

We integrate affixed solutions or elements to a wide range of paper stocks to produce a seamless document that serves multiple purposes. For example, a financial institution such as a credit union, bank, or insurance company can combine a letter and a membership card on one sheet of paper. The card is affixed or integrated on the paper in such a way that it can be easily removed and serve its own purpose as a membership card. We print and customize the document so that it can be run through a printer to further personalize it.

Solution

An affixed card can be used where a thick sturdy paper card is required and not necessarily a credit card thickness. For example, a 6-mil poly can be designed to affix to a carrier. An affixed card doesn't alter the integrity of the carrier/letter after the card is dispensed. It can also be used on a single part or multipart documents. They are compatible with laser and impact printers.

• Card - White 6-mil polyester with a matte laser with an imprintable top coat printed flexo.
• Clean release liner similar to a point-of-purchase coupon stock.
